The Villa is set in 11 acres of its own land, a 10 minute drive from the nearest beach (large & sandy) and 25 minutes from Alghero town, a large historic and lively tourist centre. The nearest small village is less than 5 minutes drive and a larger one (with an excellent local wine "Cantina") is less than 10 minutes away. There is no nearby public transport so car hire would be essential and we recommend booking this in advance during high season when car availability is limited. Villa Baratz is in a beautiful, tranquil location and ideally situated for relaxing in a peaceful environment or as a base for exploring the beaches and tourist attractions of North & West Sardinia.

Your self-catering holiday apartment sleeps up to 6 and consists of:

1 double bedroom, with a wall safe; 1 twin bedroom (beds in both bedrooms will be made up, ready to use); 1 bathroom (with bath, separate shower & bidet); 1 fully equipped kitchen/diner; 1 lounge including a spring-action double bed settee and a TV with DVD player; large veranda with table, chairs, sun loungers.

The apartment is fully double-glazed and centrally heated (for winter use!). Rooms have ceiling fans and additional pedestal fans are available. Windows and doors have sliding fly-screens. The kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker with oven and 4-burner hob. All bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.
