Olbia Airport is another possibility, giving about a 2 hour drive to savour the scenery across the North of Sardinia.

You can, of course, drive to Sardinia, taking an overnight ferry from Marseille (France) or Genoa (Italy) to Porto Torres in the North of Sardinia; an option for those who want to bring their own car and enjoy the journey through France & Northern Italy, finishing with a scenic 40 minute drive from Porto Torres to the Villa. We have driven this route twice and can give first-hand information, and help with Sardinian ferry booking if needed.
