Booking dates assume arrival after 16:00 p.m. and departure by 10:00 a.m. If these times are inconvenient for your flights we will do our best to be flexible, within the constraints of other bookings.
There are NO hidden extras. Prices include electricity & gas, a "welcome pack" and cleaning at the end of your stay.
A 20% non-refundable deposit will confirm your booking.
Final payment, plus a £150 refundable security deposit to cover damage/loss & key return etc., is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
