Prices are per week, for the apartment, *but see below for discounts
Low season: *£300 (Nov 2008-Mar 2009; Nov 2009-Mar 2010)
Mid season: *£450 (Sept-Oct 2008; Apr-May 2009; Sept-Oct 2009)
High season: *£650 (Jun-Aug 2009)
* Discounts available: 20% off for 1 or 2 people only; plus 15% off 2 week & 20% off 3 week bookings
There are no hidden extras. Prices include electricity & gas, a "welcome pack" and cleaning at the end of your stay.
A £100 refundable deposit to cover damage/loss & key return etc., plus a 20% non-refundable deposit, are due on confirmation of booking.
Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
